AFTER PURCHASE

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive:

  3. Third-Party Platform Instructions – when applicable, you’ll receive specific login details for external course platforms

If you don’t receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes:

  • Check your spam or promotions folders
  • Verify the email address you provided is correct
  • Confirm your payment was successfully processed

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR CONTENT

For PDFs and Ebooks:

  1. Click the download link in your confirmation email or access through your account
  2. Direct Download: Your device will begin downloading the file automatically
  3. Browser Display: If the file opens in your browser, right-click (or press-hold on mobile) and select “Save As” to save to your preferred location
