DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSES
Digital products operate under different return policies:
- Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds on downloaded items.

- Unused Digital Products: Digital products that have not been downloaded may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS
- Custom Products: Personalized or custom-created items cannot be returned unless damaged.

- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please document with photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
REFUND PROCESSING

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
