  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSES

Digital products operate under different return policies:

  • Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds on downloaded items.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience access problems, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
  • Unused Digital Products: Digital products that have not been downloaded may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Course Satisfaction: If you’re unsatisfied with a course, contact us within the first 30% of the course completion for potential resolution options.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Custom Products: Personalized or custom-created items cannot be returned unless damaged.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased on clearance or during special sales may have modified return eligibility.
  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please document with photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
  • Processing times may vary based on payment methods and financial institutions.
  • Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Complete the Return Authorization Form in our Support Portal
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
  3. Wait for our confirmation email with specific return instructions
  4. Package items carefully to prevent damage during shipping
  5. Include your Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the package
